This draft explains the intended handling of website enquiries. It should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before being treated as final legal advice.
Information submitted through the enquiry form
The enquiry form asks for contact and business context so AI Deployment Day can respond to requests about workshops, audits, training, deployment days, and implementation support.
Current routing status
Unless production email or CRM routing is configured, form submissions are validated and acknowledged but not intentionally stored or sent. Once routing is configured, submissions should be sent only to the approved business destination.
Analytics and cookies
No third-party analytics script is included by default. If analytics is added later, the provider, purpose, and cookie behavior should be documented here and reflected in the site notice.
Data use
Enquiry details should be used to respond to the person who submitted the form, qualify fit, arrange discovery calls, and provide relevant service information. Sensitive business information should not be submitted through the form.
Retention and review
Retention periods, deletion processes, controller details, and user rights should be finalized before collecting real enquiries in production.
